- Ajwatech — about 10 minutes’ walk, near Gate 36. Specializes in Ajwa date ice cream, including a sugar-free version. It’s reported open 24 hours.
- Kunafa around Gate 336 — several shops/stalls serve cheese, pistachio and chocolate kunafa right around the mosque.
- Kiffa — near Gate 337 / Golden Tulip, popular for cheesecake cubes, tiramisu and date pudding.
- BREW92 — only about 3 minutes from the Haram, near Gate 35, with pastries and bakery desserts as well as coffee.
